Rescheduling Policy

Can't make your lesson? Don’t worry, we provide a free lesson credit, which expires after 7 days. Send an email to admin@rueducation.com.au to reschedule your lesson.

If you reschedule a lesson and subsequently miss the rescheduled lesson, it will be considered as a completed lesson.

Payment Policy

Payments are required in advance for every 4 private lessons. Following the completion of each set of 4 lessons, you will receive an invoice prompting you to top up and acquire additional lesson credits.

First payment must be completed 48 hours before the first scheduled lesson. Failure to do so will result in rescheduling the lesson to the following week. Subsequent payments are due 72 hours before every other 4 lessons.

Rest assured, all our tutors are certified with a valid working with children check. Safety is our top priority, just as it is for you.
